Turkey Cranberry Sandwich

Ready in 15 minutes – Makes 1 serving

2 slices whole-grain bread
2 tbsp Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp dried cranberries
2 slices (4 oz) turkey breast
Spinach leaves

1. Toast bread.
2. In a small bowl, mix yogurt and cranberries. Spread yogurt onto 1 slice of bread.
3. Top with turkey, spinach and second slice of bread. Serve.
