“I have been teaching aerobics classes since September 2002 when I got my Group Instructor certification from NDEITA at Bemidji State University. I have always had a love for exercise and like to share the benefits with others. I like to incorporate many different moves in my classes to do a total body fitness workout.
My other hobbies include running, biking, reading and spending time with my family.”
Education: Bachelor of Science from Bemidji State in Exercise Science
Experience: I was a full-time personal trainer for 12 years in Bemidji, before taking a 4-year hiatus. I have trained hundreds of clients ranging from young to old. Weekend warriors, to busy moms. I owned Elite Performance & Fitness, a small private personal training studio, for 3 years prior to my hiatus.
Who I help: While my main focus is on teaching normal people how to get healthy, lose weight, and get strong enough to live their best life, I have the experience and background to help anyone no matter what their needs.
Background: I grew up in a small town south of Park Rapids MN. I was a competitive athlete from the age of 5 until 23 when my daughter was born. My main job is health insurance, but my true passion is in helping people learn how to create a lifestyle that allows them to be strong, active, and healthy.
